A place for insurance agents to build.

The right opportunity is about more than pay. It is about the support, the freedom to lead, and the ability to build something that is yours—in short, the business model.

IIN was created for agents who want independence, practical support, and the opportunity to build a business they can own.

What changed?

Different stages. Different questions.

New to insurance or still trying to gain traction?

Getting licensed is only the beginning.

New agents often receive access to training, tools, and carrier information but still struggle with the practical questions:

  • Where should I start?
  • How do I find people to talk to?
  • How do I know which solution fits the client?
  • What should I do after the training is over?

IIN helps you begin with a focused sales direction rather than trying to learn every product and market at once.

You will have access to practical lead options at a competitive cost, including live-transfer opportunities that let you speak directly with prospects rather than spending your time leaving unanswered voicemails. Lead activity can be adjusted as your schedule, budget, and production change.

We do more than give you access to information. We help you apply it to real prospects, real conversations, and real cases so you can begin building consistent production and a book of business you own.

Already producing and looking for what comes next?

You may already have clients, production, and experience—but still feel that something is missing.

  • Has growth stalled?
  • Do you need better case support, broader options, or a practical way to add new products or markets?
  • Are you looking for more control over the book you are building?
  • Are you tired of delayed answers, inconsistent support, or feeling like the attention disappeared once contracting was complete?
  • Are you tired of meetings that create excitement without helping you improve the business afterward?

IIN gives experienced agents a place to evaluate the entire business model: ownership, compensation, support, operating costs, product access, lead strategy, and the opportunity to build beyond personal production.

Already leading a team and considering a different structure? That conversation is welcome too.

What you can expect with IIN

You are 1099 with ownership of your book from day one.

Your book of business is yours. You own it from the start, and you keep it if you leave.

Competitive contracts with clear terms.

Compensation matters, but it is only one part of the business model. Contract levels and support arrangements may vary, but they will be explained clearly before you make a commitment. Where direct carrier payment is available, commissions are paid directly by the carrier.

Real support that helps.

From contracting to case design, you will have access to practical tools, training, and guidance. Support should not disappear once contracting is complete. We help you work through real prospects, real cases, and real business decisions as your business develops.

Build your way.

You may choose to focus on personal production, develop a team over time, or do both. The opportunity should fit what you are trying to build—not force every agent into the same path.

A practical way to get started

New agents do not need to learn every product. They need a clear place to begin.

A focused sales direction

Rather than trying to learn life, health, Medicare, annuities, and every available product at once, we help you begin with a manageable market—one that fits your background and interests.

Some agents are drawn to final expense. Others may be better suited to Medicare, health insurance, or another market. The right starting point will depend on your licensing, experience, time of year, local market, and business goals.

Practical lead options

You may already have a prospecting or lead strategy that works for you. If so, there is no need to replace it simply for the sake of doing something different.

For agents who need another option, IIN provides access to lead sources at competitive costs, including live transfers that connect you with prospects who are available to speak. Lead activity can be adjusted as your budget, schedule, and production change rather than requiring a constant flow.

No lead source replaces consistent work, but agents should not be left to solve the entire prospecting problem alone.

Direct guidance

You will have access to direct help with qualifying prospects, understanding the situation, selecting appropriate options, and moving a case forward.

Training matters. Applying it to real conversations matters more.

A realistic financial plan

Insurance commissions take time to develop.

Before starting, an agent should have a realistic plan for expenses and income during the period between licensing, first sales, and commission payments.

Part-time entry can work, provided the time, expectations, and level of commitment are realistic.

Who IIN may be a fit for

IIN is open to agents at different stages, but the fit depends on more than where you are in your career.

  • Producing now but looking for a different path, more consistent support, broader options, or more control
  • Wanting to add new products or markets
  • Ready to move beyond the early learning stage and build more consistently
  • Newly licensed and working to establish production
  • In the licensing process and looking for a practical place to begin
  • Or maybe just exploring whether insurance—or a different agency model—could be the right next step

What matters is a client-first mindset, a willingness to take ownership of your work, and the consistency to follow through.

How the conversation works

We start with where you are.

The first conversation is not a scripted recruiting presentation. We talk about your experience, current situation, concerns, and what you are trying to build.

We evaluate the fit together.

You are evaluating IIN as much as IIN is evaluating you. We explain ownership, compensation, support, lead access, expectations, and the available paths forward. If it is not the right fit, we will say so plainly.

We move into contracting and a starting plan.

If there is a mutual fit, we begin contracting and establish a practical starting direction based on your licenses, experience, market, and goals.

What you can build here

IIN is designed for agents who want more than a short-term sales opportunity.

  • Build a book of business you own
  • Produce personally, build a team, or do both
  • Develop long-term income through renewals
  • Add new products and markets as your business develops
  • Grow at a pace that fits your goals and capacity

Let’s see whether the fit is there.

Share where you are now and what you are hoping to build.
